Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC will respect your privacy and will not share your information or pictures of your pet without your prior signed approval.
Scheduling & Services:
Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis. Please be advised that an initial consultation must be scheduled before any services, including grooming services, are needed for new clients. Late booking does not allow accurate time for initial consultations and services, which will not guarantee availability. A $5 same day booking fee will be added to all service requests made after 8pm the previous day. Please book your needed services as far in advance as possible and Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC will accommodate you and your pet accordingly. Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC has an online portal for our clients. The private client portal allows you to request services for your pet, view upcoming services, update your contact and pet information, view your invoices, and read/reply to updates after services. If you would like to activate your account, please let Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC know and you will be emailed further instructions.
When cancelling daily visits, Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC will refund your payment or apply it to the next visit. There is no extra charge for administering medications or accommodating multiple animals. For all trips that require more than one visit (vacations, multiple, etc.) or grooming services: if cancelled 6 days or more before scheduled visits there will be no charge; if cancelled 2-5 days before scheduled visits there will be a 50% charge; if cancelled 24 hours or less before scheduled visits the client will be charged full price. There will be no refunds for early returns from vacations. Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC will be as flexible as possible based on unforeseen circumstances (family emergency, inclement weather, etc.).
Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC requires that all pets be current on necessary vaccinations, county licenses, and flea/tick preventatives before service begins and will not service any pet that has contagious illnesses.
Payment is due in full at the initial consultation or at the time of the first visit. If it is possible to add on last minute services during a scheduled visit, additional payment will need to be received immediately upon client return. Cash or check are accepted and all checks can be made out to Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC. Credit/Debit card payments can also be processed through your client portal with the safety and security of WePay. Grooming services must be paid in cash or Venmo (HeidiandHopePetServices) and pricing is subject to change.
Holidays include New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. During holidays, there will be a $10 add on fee to all services. There will also be a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total reservation due when services are scheduled. Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC appreciates your understanding that holidays are peak booking times for pet services. Please book as far in advance as possible.
Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC offers basic and full grooming as well as toe nail trims in your home. We do not have a mobile grooming van and require a large sink or tub to groom your pet(s), but do not bathe your pet(s) prior to grooming services. We require a grooming schedule of 8 weeks or less in order to groom your pet(s) and do not offer shave downs. Pets with matted coats are difficult to groom and can cause skin issues and irritations, causing stress and discomfort to your pet(s). Heidi & Hope Pet Services, LLC services pets 40 pounds or lighter at this time. We strive to be within 1 hour of your scheduled grooming time (1/2 hour before or half hour past).
