Fall is HERE! Although it may not feel like fall outside, there are still plenty of fall things going on right here in Naples, Florida. What's better than fun fall activities? Well, sharing the fun with your furry family members, of course. This week, we are creating the PAWfect fall day for you and your pet! Check out some of our local Naples favorites including a pet friendly park, pumpkin patch, pet boutique, and coffee shop!
First Stop: Pumpkin Picking at South Naples Citrus Grove
South Naples Citrus Grove is a family grown and owned business since 1978. Their indoor/outdoor market includes fresh hand-picked citrus, assorted seasonal fruits and vegetables, marmalades, jams, jellies, candies, salsas, dips, chips, eggs, herbs, local honey, fresh-squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice, orange swirl soft-serve and more! Once the fall season hits, they also have a HUGE assortment of pumpkins, squashes, and gourds to pick from. Second Stop: "Fall Foliage" at Baker Park
Baker Park is a beautiful 15-acre park located on the Gordon River in Naples! The park features many family fun activities including: a kayak launch, an outdoor fitness facility, bike paths, playgrounds, splash pads, climbing area, boat area, picnic shelters, and a pedestrian bridge over the river. Our favorite feature about Baker Park is it is pet friendly! The park is a PAWfect place to take your furry friend on a hike or walk. There are plenty of shaded areas and water fountains for your pets. Although there may not be a lot of fall foliage to enjoy, the trees, flowers, and views over the bridge are incredible! Third Stop: Pumpkin Pie Lattes at BadAss Coffee
After pumpkin picking and exercise, it's time for some refreshments! Bad Ass Coffee is located on Third Street South in historic downtown Naples. Paws Pet Boutique is our go to store for all things pets in Naples! Paws is located in Crayton Cove, which is a short walk from the Naples City Dock! Their store features a variety of pet supplies including treats, dog and cat collars, beds, toys, and more.
